On January 12 of this year, a reporting meeting dedicated to tutors’ activities was held at the Samarkand branch of the ISFT Institute under the chairmanship of Deputy Director for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work A.B. Ernazarov. The meeting focused on reviewing tutors’ performance from October to December 2025, document management practices, and compliance with executive discipline.

Presentations on assessing students’ social conditions, conducting preventive discussions, and organizing spiritual and educational events were also reviewed. Identified shortcomings were critically discussed, and it was decided that future reports must be submitted systematically in both electronic and printed formats based on a unified standard.
