On January 30, 2026, a special seminar-training titled “Time Is Your Life” was held at our university for faculty members. The event was initiated by Acting Associate Professor M.S. Tovbayeva of the Department of Humanities and Assistant K. Doniyorov. The training focused on effective time management, maintaining a balance between academic responsibilities and personal life, and preventing professional burnout. The seminar provided an excellent opportunity for experience sharing and strengthening team spirit among colleagues.
