“Mechanism for the Implementation of Regional Investment Programs in Resource Saving
(on the Example of Waste Utilization and Recycling)”

Main Research Results:

• A scientific hypothesis has been developed that considers resource saving as a key production factor, aimed at extending the life cycle of resources and improving the efficiency of their use.

• Resource-saving conditions determining the content and structure of regional investment programs for waste utilization and recycling have been identified.

• A methodological approach to implementing regional investment programs with consideration of environmental burden has been substantiated.

• A mechanism for the effective implementation of investment programs through regional resource-saving funds has been proposed.

• Methodological recommendations have been developed for the allocation of authority and responsibility among participants involved in the implementation of investment programs.
